Advintek Gains Preapproval as Service Provider for Oman E-Invoicing Program

Date:

Advintek has achieved the status of a Preapproved Accredited Service Provider (ASP) from the Oman Tax Authority (OTA), positioning the company to assist businesses as they gear up for the Fawtara electronic invoicing initiative. With this designation, Advintek is authorized to offer e-invoicing, invoice automation, and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) integration solutions as Oman prepares to roll out Fawtara Phase 1 in August 2026.

The company’s platform is specifically designed to facilitate the transition from traditional paper invoicing to a compliant digital format, seamlessly integrating with existing ERP and accounting systems. It offers features such as automated invoice processing, validation workflows, compliance monitoring, audit-ready record management, and comprehensive reporting tools. This suite of solutions aims to streamline the invoicing process, ensuring adherence to the new regulatory standards.

As the Fawtara initiative approaches, businesses will need to reassess their current invoicing procedures, ERP configurations, tax data management, approval workflows, and document management systems to align with the forthcoming requirements. Advintek plans to provide extensive support throughout this transition, offering services that include implementation assistance, readiness assessments, system integration, testing, deployment, and ongoing support.

The company intends to cater to a wide range of industries, including healthcare, manufacturing, logistics, retail, and technology, ensuring they are well-prepared for the changes. With a global presence, Advintek provides e-invoicing and digital compliance solutions in over 60 countries. Their systems are compatible with major ERP and accounting platforms such as SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, Xero, Zoho, and Sage, among others, making them a versatile partner for companies looking to upgrade their invoicing systems.
