Jordan and Qatar Deepen Ties, Minister Announces Strengthened Relations

As Jordan approaches its 80th Independence Day, the country’s Minister of Government Communication, Mohammad Momani, emphasized the robust and enduring relations with Qatar. Momani expressed the commitment of both nations to expand their cooperation across various sectors, underscoring the mutual benefits for their peoples.

Momani articulated Jordan’s appreciation for its partnership with Qatar, highlighting the focus on strengthening ties in political, economic, and developmental areas. He noted the shared determination of the two countries to deepen their bilateral collaboration, reflecting a strong foundation of mutual respect and shared goals.

Reflecting on Jordan’s journey since independence, Momani reiterated the kingdom’s dedication to supporting major Arab causes, especially the Palestinian issue. He also underlined Jordan’s ongoing role in protecting Islamic and Christian holy sites in Jerusalem, an effort that symbolizes the nation’s commitment to regional stability and peace.
